Frankly I was not expecting the speed with which my problem was resolved.. I had barely put the phone down before an engineer pulled up outside our house. Ok it was coincidental that he was in the area but the efficiency with which he performed his duties was first class. From start to finish I was fully informed about the extent and cost of my issue, duly I felt comfortable about the credibility of the company and the value of the service I signed up for and intend to stay with in the future. Excellent service. I needed a new electric shower and despite having turned up with the wrong replacement and therefore needing a second visit, Rightio kept me well informed and the plumber did a great job and left everything neat,clean and tidy.

Within under 3 hours of my call to Rightio an engineer/plumber arrived at my home. He was polite and within a few minutes had identified the problem. I was very impressed also with the text message responses letting me know an engineer estimated arrival time which was spot on.
